We are hiring a Short Form Content Operator to help keep our marketing active, organized, and consistent.
Your job is to take raw footage, photos, ideas, and content direction and turn them into clean, on brand assets that are edited, organized, and ready to post on time.
This is not a creative director role.
This is not a strategy only role.
This is an execution role.
We need someone who moves fast, stays organized, follows through, and communicates clearly without being chased down.
If you need repeated reminders, miss deadlines, or wait around for heavy hand holding, this is not the role for you.
What You’ll Be Working On
Most of our content is built around credit repair, business funding, personal brand content, and financial transformation.
Our audience is mostly entrepreneurs, business owners, and aspiring business owners who want access to capital and stronger approvals, but their personal credit profile is holding them back. That means the content needs to feel credible, sharp, personal, and attention grabbing. Not generic. Not overly polished with no substance. Not template driven.
Primary Objective
Keep content from going silent by making sure video and photo assets are consistently edited, organized, and prepared for posting across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Edit raw video into short form content built for retention and engagement
Repurpose one piece of content into multiple usable assets
Edit and format photos for posts, covers, thumbnails, carousels, and promo content
Add captions, text overlays, simple branding, and clean formatting
Organize raw footage, finished assets, folders, and content libraries properly
Follow a content calendar and prepare content on time
Prepare content for posting and scheduling across platforms
Communicate clearly when something is missing, delayed, or unclear
Deliver work without needing repeated follow up
What We Need From You
Strong video editing ability
Basic photo editing and content design ability
A clean eye for formatting and presentation
Strong organization and file management
Ability to follow direction and still make smart execution decisions
Reliable communication
Respect for deadlines
Speed and consistency
Ability to create content that grabs attention without looking overly flashy or templated
Preferred Experience
Experience editing short form content for social media
Experience with CapCut, Premiere, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools
Experience supporting a brand or business with ongoing content production
Experience preparing or scheduling content for posting
Experience creating content for personal brands, service businesses, or offer based businesses
Who This Role Is Best For
This role is best for someone who enjoys production and execution more than brainstorming and talking.
You do not need to be the mastermind behind the brand.
You do need to be someone who can take direction, move fast, stay organized, and help content get out consistently.
Creativity matters.
Execution, speed, and follow through matter more.

Work Details
Remote
Part time
Around 25 hours per week to start
Flexible schedule, but deadlines must be respected
