Role Overview
The Operations Manager is responsible for making sure daily operations run smoothly, consistently, and without founder involvement. This role owns systems, structure, and accountability across the team.
This is not an assistant role. This is a leadership position focused on process enforcement, organization, and execution.
Primary Objective
Ensure all systems, tasks, and tea
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain CRM structure, pipelines, and data accuracy
• Build, document, and enforce SOPs for all operational processes
• Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across the team
• Monitor team performance and follow up on missed actions
• Create simple reports on workflow, bottlenecks, and progress
• Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth handoffs
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
• Ensure new hires are onboarded correctly and consistently
Required Skills and Traits
• Strong organizational and process management skills
• Attention to detail and follow through
• Ability to enforce structure without micromanaging
• Clear written communication
• Comfortable holding tea
• Proactive problem solver
Preferred Experience
• Prior experience in operations, project management, or team coordination
• Experience using CRMs such as GoHighLevel
• Familiarity with SOP creation and documentation
Industry experience is helpful but not required. Operational discipline matters more.

• Minimal founder intervention
