About the Role
This is a full-time, remote position (40 hours per week) — Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM Pacific Time (4:00 AM – 12:00 PM Manila).
You’ll work closely with our CEO and a small, growing Filipino team to maintain and evolve ---------- :

Design, build, and manage website pages using WordPress (Enfold Theme + Elementor).

Keep plugins, forms, and integrations running smoothly (Wishlist Member, Gravity Forms, Jotform, and others).

Ensure a seamless CMS experience — both for the marketing team and site visitors.

Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers for content updates, internal linking, and UX improvements.

You’ll have the support of a Senior Web Engineer for any advanced coding needs — but this position is hands-on, and we value independent problem-solvers who take initiative.

Key Responsibilities
Manage WordPress updates, pages, and functionality.

Maintain and improve website design, UI/UX, and layout.

Handle and optimize forms, member areas, and internal databases.

Ensure SEO best practices are implemented, including Schema.

Communicate daily with the team via Slack, Trello, and Google Workspace.

Provide daily Timeproof and progress reports.

Qualifications
Required Skills:

2+ years of experience managing WordPress websites.

Strong background with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.

Experience with Elementor, Gravity Forms, Wishlist Member, and WordPress child themes.

Working knowledge of Yoast SEO Pro and on-page optimization.

Understanding of internal/external linking and web page hierarchy.

Familiarity with tools like Canva, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, and Screen Capture (e.g., Nimbus).

Bonus Skills (Optional, but a Big Plus):

Knowledge of Schema markup and technical SEO.

Experience improving site speed and performance.

Basic familiarity with e-commerce and membership systems.

Compensation and Benefits
Starting Salary (Probationary, 90 days): $800–$900 USD/month

Salary Review: After 90 days, based on performance and productivity

Payment Schedule: Bi-weekly via Wise (2nd & 16th of each month)

13th Month Bonus: Prorated after probation

PTO Vacation & Sick Leave: 3 PTO days after 6-month probation.

PTO Holidays: Choose 6 Philippine holidays to take off (we observe most except All Saints/All Souls Day)

Annual raises and bonuses based on initiative, job knowledge, and reliability
