JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a high-level long-form / YouTube video editor to join our team on a part-time basis (1 video per week), with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right person.
This role is NOT for beginners or CapCut-only editors. We are looking for someone operating at a professional, agency-level standard.
???? What You’ll Be Editing
Long-form YouTube videos (primary responsibility)
Potential expansion into short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) if performance is exceptional
High-quality, storytelling-driven content (not basic talking-head cuts)
A reference video will be provided so you can clearly see the experience and quality level we expect.- Please watch this video before applying and if you can edit like this then we will review your application. - ----------
? Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
10/10 proficiency in:
Adobe Premiere Pro
After Effects
and/or DaVinci Resolve
CapCut editors will not be considered
5+ years of professional editing experience
Fluent / native-level English (written and spoken)
Strong sense of:
Pacing & storytelling
Visual rhythm
Sound design
Graphics & motion fundamentals
Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
Strong work ethic, discipline, and reliability
Coachable, adaptable, and a fast learner
