Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold and warm calls to potential clients
Qualify leads and identify customer needs
Present services or products clearly and persuasively
Handle objections and confidently close deals
Book appointments or convert calls into sales
Follow call scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
Update lead status, notes, and outcomes in CRM or tracking sheets
Meet daily and weekly call and closing targets
Requirements
Proven experience as a Cold Caller, Sales Closer, or Appointment Setter
Excellent English communication and phone etiquette
Confident, persuasive, and professional speaking style
Strong objection-handling and closing skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Preferred Skills
Experience working as a Virtual Assistant
CRM experience and follow-up management
Familiarity with sales KPIs and performance tracking
B2B or B2C sales experience
Compensation (Customize as Needed)
Hourly pay + commission per closed deal
