We’re looking for a Sales Support Assistant to help keep our sales systems organized, accurate, and running smoothly. This role supports the sales team by managing leads, CRM records, and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull and scrape leads using approved tools (A-Leads, Apollo)
Clean, organize, and update lead data in Google Sheets
- Import leads into CRM systems (GoHighLevel and Zoho CRM)
- Deduplicate contacts and company records
- Assign leads and deals to the appropriate sales reps
- Correct and verify contact details (phone numbers,
- Apply correct tags and notes to leads in the CRM
- Merge duplicate contacts, companies, and deals when needed
- Research organizations to identify Medicaid and nursing home–related contacts
- Add relevant findings to company and contact records
- Manage sales inboxes:
- Flag items that need sales rep attention
- Clear, archive, and organize non-urgent messages
- Create filters to reduce inbox noise
- Assist with scheduling meetings for the sales pod team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records across platforms

6. Able to draft and revise SOPs
7. Proactive in spotting errors, duplicates, or missing data
8. Strong internet research skills
9. Excellent communication skills, including English language
