Role Overview:
We are hiring a Recruiting Assistant to join our remote team and drive full-cycle recruitment efforts. This role involves high-volume candidate outreach, prescreens, interviews, candidate packaging, and coordination through placement. Success in this position requires someone who is comfortable spending a majority of the day on the phone, confident and assertive in communication, and motivated by results.
This is not a passive role. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, goal-driven, and hungry to make placements—because your compensation includes bonuses tied directly to successful candidate placements.
We are seeking candidates located in major metropolitan areas to ensure consistent power, internet, and infrastructure reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively source qualified candidates using job boards, databases, and online tools
• Review resumes, assess fit, and conduct high-volume phone prescreens and interviews
• Prepare compelling candidate presentation profiles for client submission
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and prepare candidates accordingly
• Follow up with candidates and clients post-interview, share feedback, and manage next steps
• Assist in offer negotiations and candidate acceptance
• Track candidate activity and update the ATS regularly
• Conduct post-placement follow-up to support retention and build candidate relationships
• Collaborate with internal recruiters and account managers to align candidate flow with hiring needs
• Stay focused on hitting placement goals and contributing to team success
Equipment & Technical Requirements:
• Computer: Reliable and up-to-date system capable of handling workload
• Software: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) must be installed
• Internet: Stable high-speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps download speed)
• Backup Internet: Secondary connection (e.g., pocket Wi-Fi)
• Power Backup: Generator or alternate power source to ensure continuous access
• Headset & Webcam: Noise-canceling headset and functional webcam required
• Workspace: Dedicated, quiet workspace free from background noise or distractions
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or high-touch sales roles
• Must be comfortable making and receiving high call volumes daily
• Confident, assertive communicator with a natural ability to connect and build rapport
• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients and understanding of cultural nuances
• Strong sales instincts – not afraid to push for results and close on opportunities
• Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal
• Organized, persistent, and able to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, HR, Communications, or a related field
