We are looking for a reliable, sharp Online Reputation Manager to help monitor, manage, and improve how our company is represented online.

What You’ll Be Doing

As our Online Reputation Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

Monitoring online reviews (Google, Yelp, BBB, Trustpilot, etc.)

Drafting professional, compliant responses to reviews (positive and negative)
Flagging reviews that may be inaccurate, misleading, or violate platform rules
Assisting with dispute submissions and review removals when appropriate
Tracking review trends and sentiment over time
Helping improve overall brand tone and messaging online
Coordinating with management on sensitive or escalated issues
Maintaining spreadsheets/logs of reviews, responses, and outcomes

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Excellent written English (grammar and tone matter)
Calm, professional communication style
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow compliance and tone guidelines exactly
Comfortable working independently
Experience responding to online reviews or managing brand presence
Experience with U.S.-based companies
Background in reputation management, customer service, or compliance
Familiarity with Google Business Profiles or review platforms
Experience working with regulated industries (finance, collections, healthcare, etc.)
