Role Overview
You’ll play a dual role: (expeirenced in shopee and tiktok shop is preferred)

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly face of Arch Angel Brow — responding to customers via chat and social media with empathy, accuracy, and brand flair.

As a Marketing Assistant, you’ll help execute campaigns, manage content schedules, and support influencer/creator coordination.
This role suits someone who’s organized, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-moving eCommerce brand.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service (70%)
-Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok Shop, and email.
-Guide customers in selecting the most suitable eyebrow design, technique, or service package based on their face shape, skin type, lifestyle, and beauty goals.
-Manage appointment coordination, deposits, rescheduling, and post-treatment follow-ups to ensure a smooth customer journey.
-Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and service recovery professionally, ensuring high satisfaction and trust.
-Document customer insights, recurring questions, and operational issues to support continuous improvement across outlets and teams.
-Maintain a warm, professional, and brand-aligned tone in all customer communications, delivering a consistent premium experience.

Marketing Support (30%)
Assist in scheduling and posting content on TikTok and Instagram.
Coordinate influencer seeding and manage ambassador lists.
Track campaign performance and compile weekly reports.
Help with product listings, descriptions, and simple content edits (e.g., Canva, Google Sheets).
Support marketing team in daily administrative and creative tasks.

Requirements
Based in the Philippines with stable internet connection.
Strong command of English and Chinese (written and conversational).
Experience in eCommerce, beauty, or eyebrow is a plus.
Skilled in multitasking, using tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, TikTok Shop, or Meta Business Suite.
Fast learner, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.

Able to work Singapore timezone (GMT+8) hours.
