JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled, modern Content Creator to help build high-quality content for a new web-based software platform. This role suits someone with a strong eye for clean, modern design, who works efficiently, takes initiative, and can clearly explain how software works through content, guides, and videos.

Key Responsibilities

Create modern, engaging content for website pages and in-app sections

Design and build content using Figma and Canva

Use Scribe to create clear, step-by-step help guides

Learn and actively use our software to fully understand its features

Create short help videos (screen recordings with voice or captions) explaining how to use the app and different software areas

Use AI tools to improve speed, consistency, and content quality

Take ownership of content creation and show strong self-initiative

Continuously improve content based on clarity, usability, and feedback

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience with Figma, Canva, and Scribe

Experience with modern AI tools for content creation and productivity

Ability to create high-quality web content with a modern design style

Experience creating help documentation, tutorials, or onboarding content

Ability to create short instructional videos (Loom, OBS, ScreenPal, or similar)

Excellent attention to detail and design consistency

Ability to work efficiently, independently, and meet deadlines

Relevant Tools & Software (Experience With Any of the Below Is a Plus)

Figma, Canva, Scribe

Screen recording tools (Loom, OBS, ScreenPal, or similar)

AI tools (ChatGPT, image/video AI, automation tools)

Basic image and video editing tools

Documentation or knowledge-base platforms

Any tools that improve design quality, speed, and efficiency
