The Role
We are seeking a highly talented and motivated Video Editor to lead our short-form content strategy. This role is for a creative professional who doesn’t just "cut footage," but understands how to capture attention in the first 3 seconds. You must have a high-level aesthetic eye, a proactive mindset, and a deep understanding of how to grow an audience through viral-style content. We value creative intuition, trend-awareness, and a 100% commitment to meeting deadlines.

What We’re Looking For:
1. Trend Mastery: You are well-versed in the ever-changing landscape of TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. You know which sounds, transitions, and formats are currently trending.
2. Hook & Offer Psychology: You have a great understanding of marketing. You know how to edit a "hook" that stops the scroll and how to visually present an "offer" that drives action.
3. Audience Growth Strategy: You edit with the goal of engagement. You understand retention graphs and know how to use pacing, captions, and B-roll to keep viewers watching until the end.
4. Creative Asset Production: Transform raw footage into premium, high-converting video ads and organic content that reflects our brand’s voice.
5. Deadline Management: Maintain a disciplined workflow to ensure high-quality video assets are delivered on time, every time, without exception.
