We are Dubai-based companies serving an international audience across North America, Europe, Australia, and other global markets. We focus on building strong digital brands through performance marketing, influencer partnerships, and high-converting content.
We are looking for a Digital Media Marketing Strategist with deep experience in influencer marketing and UGC who understands how to connect with Western and global audiences, not just create content—but drive results.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute digital media strategies for global audiences (US, CA, UK, EU, AU, Russia)
• Research, recruit, and manage filipino and international influencers & UGC creators
• Create influencer & UGC campaign strategies for organic and paid media
• Develop clear content briefs aligned with brand and conversion goals
• Turn UGC into high-performing ad creatives (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
• Monitor KPIs: engagement, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
• Optimize campaigns based on data and audience behavior
• Stay updated with global social trends and platform algorithms
• Coordinate with internal teams (ads, design, content)
Requirements
• Proven experience in digital media, influencer marketing, or UGC campaigns
• Strong understanding of US, UK, EU, AU consumer behavior
• Hands-on experience with TikTok, Instagram,
• Experience managing international creators and influencers
• Ability to repurpose UGC for paid advertising
• Strong English communication skills
• Highly organized, independent, and performance-driven
Nice to Have
• Experience with accounting, bookkeeping, eCommerce, SaaS, or Real Estate marketing
• Familiarity with influencer tools
• Understanding of Meta & TikTok Ads
• Experience working with Dubai or international brands
