RHK Properties is a Dubai-based real estate company specializing in residential and commercial properties. We are rapidly expanding and urgently hiring experienced real estate administrators and high-quality real estate agents to support our growth.
To support this expansion, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead with proven, hands-on experience hiring for Dubai real estate roles.
Role Overview
This role is not for a general recruiter.
We are specifically looking for someone who has:
• Recruited real estate admins in Dubai
• Recruited real estate agents from Europe and American backgrounds
• Strong understanding of RERA, DLD, and Dubai real estate compliance
• Ability to close hiring fast
You will fully own the end-to-end recruitment process for critical real estate roles.
Immediate Hiring Focus
You will be responsible for urgently hiring:
1. Senior Real Estate Administrator (Dubai)
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end residential & commercial transactions
• Strong experience with RERA, DLD, Ejari, Trakheesi, Oqood
• Offer letters, contracts, compliance coordination
2. Real Estate Agents
• Specifically from Europe or American backgrounds
• Strong communication, international client handling
• Dubai real estate sales or leasing experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for Dubai real estate roles
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, headhunting
• Screen candidates for Dubai real estate experience & legal knowledge
• Conduct structured interviews and shortlist top talent
• Coordinate interviews with management
• Manage offer rollout and onboarding
• Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring
• Advise leadership on market availability, salary benchmarks, and hiring strategy

• Proven experience hiring for Dubai real estate roles
• Direct experience recruiting:
• Real estate administrators (Dubai-based)
• Real estate agents (European / American profiles)
• Strong understanding of:
• RERA & DLD regulations
• Dubai real estate hiring landscape
• Ability to hire quickly under pressure
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management and follow-up discipline
