JOB OVERVIEW

We’re hiring a Social Media Manager VA to help build and grow a female creator brand from scratch. This is an IG-first role (with optional expansion to Twitter/X + Snapchat later). You should understand creator ecosystems and how pages grow through content systems, theme/quote/niche pages, and network effects (Mother/Support pages, repost loops, collaboration pipelines).

This is not a “post and log off” job. We need someone who can operate like a real social media manager: plan, post, iterate, and improve results consistently.

What you’ll do

Manage 1 main Instagram account (“Mother”) + assist with support accounts (“Child” pages) used for distribution and reach

Post daily: Reels/Stories/Posts (based on a simple content plan)

Write captions that sound natural and match the brand voice (soft, artsy, cozy vibe)

Build highlight structure + profile polish (bio, pinned posts, story highlights)

Track basic performance: views, follows, saves, shares, profile visits, and what content is working

Source and organize content ideas (hooks, trends, formats) and recommend what to test next

Coordinate simple growth actions: community engagement, comment strategy, collabs, repost relationships, theme page outreach (brand-safe)

What we care about

You understand how Instagram actually grows: hooks, retention, watch time, repostability, consistency

You can manage multiple pages without getting sloppy

You have good taste and can keep a brand coherent

You communicate clearly and can work independently

Requirements

Experience running Instagram pages (creator, niche, theme, or brand pages)

Comfortable with Reels strategy and content iteration

Strong English writing (captions + story text)

Organized, consistent, reliable daily execution

Bonus: experience with Twitter/X + Snapchat content systems

Base pay + performance-based bonuses/raises as results improve. We prefer long-term teammates.
