About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Brand Growth & Digital Systems Strategist to partner with a visionary founder overseeing multiple faith-based brands:
She Who Dares™ – a bold obedience and leadership brand for women
Heart2Heart Global Ministry – a Christian ministry focused on spiritual growth and discipleship
ONE Thing Women’s Conference – a flagship annual conference and movement
This role is for a strategic executor — someone who can think holistically, build scalable systems, and implement consistently across multiple brands without losing clarity or
Role Overview
This strategist will:
Develop and implement a unified digital growth strategy
Build and manage marketing systems and automations
Grow audience, engagement, and
Support launches, teachings, events, and campaigns
Work closely with the founder to translate vision into execution
This is a hands-on role combining:
Strategy • Marketing • Automation • Execution
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Growth (Multi-Brand)
Develop a cohesive growth strategy across all brands
Align messaging while maintaining distinct brand voices
Create content pillars and campaign plans
Track performance and optimize monthly
2. Content & Visibility
Support video-first content strategy (Reels, short-form teaching clips)
Repurpose long-form teachings across platforms
Coordinate posting schedules across brands
Support visibility for launches, programs, and conferences

Build and manage landing pages on
Create
Design automations for lead magnets, programs, events, and conferences
Maintain clean, scalable
4. Funnels, Campaigns & Events
Support lead generation for:
Programs (She Who Dares™)
Ministry initiatives (Heart2Heart)
Event promotion (ONE Thing Conference)
Build and optimize funnels for registrations, ticket sales, and opt-ins
5. Systems & Operations
Create reusable systems across brands
Maintain documentation and workflows
Reduce manual workload through automation
Ensure consistency and efficiency
Required Experience
Proven experience growing personal brands, ministries, or coaching brands
Strong experience with
Email
Funnel and landing page experience
Multi-brand or portfolio experience (preferred)
Strong understanding of content + conversion
Faith & Alignment Requirements
Comfortable working within Christian frameworks
Respects prophetic teaching, scripture, and spiritual authority
Understands faith-based audiences
Able to market boldly without watering down the message
