About Us
We’re a fast-growing healthcare/tech company building platforms that connect healthcare providers with real clients. We’re looking for a sharp, hungry Lead Generator who knows how to use modern outreach tools and can book real appointments (not just spam people).
What You’ll Do
• Use Expandi + LinkedIn to run outbound campaigns
• Identify and target ideal prospects (healthcare, senior care, B2B)
• Send personalized connection messages and follow-ups
• Qualify leads and book appointments directly on our calendar
• Conduct demo presentations (Zoom/Google Meet)
• Track leads and outcomes in CRM / Google Sheets
Must Have
•Proven experience using Expandi
• Comfortable with cold outreach & follow-ups
• Strong English communication (spoken + written)
• Confident presenting demos on video calls
• Understands basic sales process: prospect ? qualify ? book ? close
Nice to Have (Big Plus)
• Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or B2B
• Familiar with HubSpot, Close, or any CRM
• Can write their own outreach scripts
• Understands ICP targeting and A/B testing campaigns
KPIs / Expectations
• 20–50 new conversations per day
• 5–10 qualified meetings booked per week (minimum)
• Clear reporting of pipeline and conversions
