About the Role:
We’re hiring a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Catering Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our fast-growing dessert catering brokerage. You’ll help manage client bookings, marketing outreach, communications, and backend organization.
In this role, you’ll help keep our sales pipeline running smoothly and professionally.
You will:
Create and send quotes, proposals, and invoices
Manage
Send client and vendor confirmations
Maintain calendars and event details
Build and manage outbound lead lists
Support follow-up workflows and prospecting
Help create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok
Assist with outreach campaigns to increase online visibility
Support overall operations with clear communication and strong organization
This position blends administrative precision with creative marketing support. You must be comfortable handling details, communicating professionally, and balancing multiple tasks with accuracy. You absolutely must operate with sense of urgency and understand how to prioritize tasks appropriately.
