- Base: $850-$1,000 USD/month (depending on experience)
- Commission: $25-$100 per new wholesale account you bring in (uncapped)
- 13th Month Pay: Yes
- Paid Time Off: 10 days/year
- Payment: Bi-weekly via Wise or PayPal

- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM US Central Time
- (That's 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM Manila Time)
- Fixed schedule, no rotating shifts

- 100% Work From Home
- Must be based in the Philippines

ABOUT THE ROLE
========================================
We're a US-based company running several niche e-commerce businesses. Our main business sells parts for classic and vintage cars. We've been in this industry for decades and work with restoration shops, dealers, and car enthusiasts across the US.

About 80% of our business is wholesale (B2B), 20% is direct-to-consumer.

This is NOT a pure customer service role. We need someone who can:
- Handle customer support (phone, email, chat)
- Make outbound calls to prospect new wholesale accounts
- Follow up on quotes and close deals

If you only want to answer emails and avoid the phone, this role is not for you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
========================================

CUSTOMER SUPPORT (50-60%):
- Answer ~60 customer messages/day across multiple stores
- Handle inbound phone calls via VoIP (order questions, tracking, returns)
- Process returns and exchanges
- Take orders over the phone

SALES & OUTREACH (40-50%):
- Research and contact potential wholesale accounts (restoration shops, auto parts stores, dealers)
- Send outreach emails and make prospecting calls
- Prepare and follow up on wholesale pricing quotes
- Re-engage lapsed wholesale customers
- Set up new wholesale accounts in our system

The more accounts you bring in, the more you earn.

COMMISSION STRUCTURE
========================================
First Order Under $500 = $25 commission
First Order $500-$1,000 = $50 commission
First Order $1,000-$2,500 = $75 commission
First Order $2,500+ = $100 commission

No cap. Land 3-4 accounts per month and add $150-$300+ to your income.

REQUIREMENTS
========================================

MUST HAVE:
- Fluent spoken English (you WILL be on the phone with American customers daily)
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Comfortable making outbound sales/prospecting calls (not just inbound)
- Reliable internet: minimum 25 Mbps (test at ---------- before applying)
- Quiet home office for phone calls
- Own computer with headset
- Available to work US Central Time hours (night shift PH time)

NICE TO HAVE:
- Sales, lead generation, or appointment setting experience
- B2B or wholesale experience
- Interest in cars or automotive industry
- Experience with help desk software or ERP systems
