As the SEO Strategist, you will work with a team of SEO professionals, including SEO Leads, SEO Executives, SEO Experts, GBP Experts, and Content Specialists, ensuring the successful execution of effective SEO strategies and delivering measurable results for our clients. Reporting to the SEO Director, you will be instrumental in crafting and refining SEO strategies, managing account performance, and driving continuous improvement across all SEO functions. This role requires close collaboration with senior management and other digital marketing teams to align SEO efforts with the client’s business objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities:
+ Develop and manage SEO and content strategies for clients to achieve goals such as improved organic visibility, increased website traffic, and lead generation, aligning with broader business objectives.
+ Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience analysis, and competitive audits to inform targeting strategies and identify growth opportunities for organic search.
+ Work with the content and creative teams to develop engaging, optimized content that aligns with SEO goals, enhances user experience, and drives engagement.
+ Monitor and optimize SEO campaigns and organic performance in real-time, making adjustments to strategies, on-page elements, and technical implementations as needed to maximize results.
+ Perform A/B testing on various SEO tactics (title tags, meta descriptions, content layouts) to improve organic performance and gather actionable insights for continued optimization.
+ Provide detailed reporting and analysis of SEO performance, including key metrics such as traffic, rankings, CTR, and conversions, using insights to make strategic recommendations.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, development, and analytics, to ensure seamless integration of SEO best practices across all digital assets and campaigns.
+ Stay up-to-date on the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain competitiveness and effectiveness in client campaigns.
+ Work closely with clients to understand their business goals, provide strategic SEO guidance, and communicate performance updates and insights during regular meetings.
+ Assist in preparing and presenting performance updates to clients, highlighting key insights, successes, and opportunities for continued growth and improvement.
+ Contribute to additional projects and initiatives as needed to support overall company objectives, including participating in strategic planning, supporting business development, and collaborating on integrated digital marketing efforts.
Required Skills/Abilities:
+ Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
+ Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, SEMrush, ScreamingFrog, and similar platforms.
+ Experience with local SEO strategies and tools.
+ Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights and strategies.
+ Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
+ Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
+ Familiarity with project management tools like Basecamp or similar.
