Overview
We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company working with serious investors buying multifamily properties.
We are looking for a confident, phone-first operator to support our deal acquisition process by:
• Communicating with clients
• Coordinating with listing agents
• Pre-framing expectations
• Preventing confusion, delays, and refunds
This is not a passive VA role.
This is a people, communication, and execution role.

Key Responsibilities
• Call and preframe clients before offers are submitted
• Communicate with listing agents to:
• Confirm offer receipt
• Answer process questions
• Keep
• Explain basic real estate terms clearly:
• Earnest money
• Inspection period
• Agreement of Sale (AOS)
• Set expectations so clients are not surprised or confused
• Log all notes clearly in GoHighLevel (GHL)
• Escalate decisions to leadership when needed (not freeze)

Preferred Experience
One or more of the following:
• Real estate transaction coordinator
• Real estate acquisitions support
• Dispositions / agent communication
• Client success in real estate
• High-ticket customer support with phone work
MLS license not required.

Required Skills
• Clear English (neutral / American-sounding)
• Strong phone presence
• Comfortable asking follow-up questions
• Able to explain concepts without over-talking
• Reliable internet and quiet environment
• EST availability
