Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Ads Manager & GHL Manager who can both set up and manage paid advertising campaigns and connect ad platforms to GoHighLevel (GHL) for tracking, automation, and lead management.
This role is ideal for someone who understands the full paid ads funnel—from ad setup to CRM integration and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Paid Ads Setup & Management
- Set up and manage ad campaigns on:
- Meta
- Google Ads
Nice to have experience with:
- LinkedIn Ads
- TikTok Ads
Assist with:
- Campaign structure
- Audience setup
- Conversion tracking
- Basic optimization and monitoring
- GoHighLevel (GHL) Integration & Management
- Connect Meta, Google, and other ad accounts to GoHighLevel
Set up:
- Lead capture forms
- Funnels and pipelines
- Tracking and attribution
- Ensure leads from ads flow correctly into GHL
- Help troubleshoot tracking, integrations, and data sync issues
Requirements:
- Proven experience setting up ads on Meta and Google
- Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL)
Understanding of:
- Pixels, tags, and conversion tracking
- Lead funnels and CRM workflows
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Clear communication and ability to work independently
Nice to Have:
- Experience with LinkedIn or TikTok Ads
- Experience supporting agencies or multiple client ad accounts
- Basic reporting and performance insights
Hours & Availability:
- 10–20 hours per week
