JOB OVERVIEW

We are a credit company currently hiring an experienced Credit Analyst who will be responsible for preparing and assessing loan applications. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and has a strong understanding of the credit assessment process.

What We Expect From You:
1. Source Primary Documents and Information
- Send applicants the Hello Pack via myCRM
- Send email requests for documents (if not yet uploaded in myCRM)
- Complete the client's Asset and Liability (A&L) position
- Request credit reports from the support team
- Obtain property valuations from Core Logic

2. Assess Borrowing Options
- Assess the client’s income
- Complete borrowing options using Quickly
- Calculate the client’s serviceability with NAB, Bankwest, and ANZ (choose two)
- Complete the funding calculator
- Complete the lender comparison
- Brief the broker on available lending options

3. Submit the Loan Application
- Prepare the loan application using myCRM and AOL
- Secure necessary client signatures
- Review the application submission checklist
- Submit the loan application
- Update the client and request additional documents based on the checklist

4. Secure the Loan Approval
- Understand MIRs from the MIR
- Brief the broker on MIRs
- Respond to MIRs requiring Credit Analyst input
- If an application has more than two MIRs, add it to the training calendar for review and learning
