???? Your Responsibilities

4-8 videos Daily Video Editing & Production (duration anwher from 10secs to 2 mins+ )

• Produce multiple short-form videos per day for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts

• Edit in Adobe Premiere Pro (non-negotiable)

• Add creative transitions, pacing, captions, sound design, and storytelling

• Create viral-style videos without relying on generic templates

• Improve based on performance data & feedback

Marketing & Creative Strategy
• Work with the team to develop ideas, concepts, and hooks

• Help craft videos that sell, entertain, educate, or retain attention

• Understand how to market a physical product through content

• Be resourceful and solution-oriented with limited footage

• Create scenes using alternative footage, B-roll, and creative storytelling if clips are missing

Collaboration
• Work daily with our team (creators, assistants, strategists)
• Help turn raw ideas into powerful, viral-ready videos
• Bring your own suggestions, creativity, and marketing mind to every project
