Sales Representative – Custom Headwear

Position: Full-Time (Hourly)?Shift: US-based hours (night shift required)?Pay Rate: USD $4.50–$5.00 per hour?Location: Remote

About DYC (Design Your Caps)?DYC is a global custom headwear manufacturer working with brands, businesses, and creatives worldwide. We specialise in high-quality custom caps and long-term client partnerships. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our sales team with motivated, reliable individuals.

Key Requirements
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to work US-based shifts (night hours required)
Proficient with PC and laptop use (must have own laptop and stable internet)
Previous experience in sales and customer service
Confident speaking with clients over the phone
Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
High reliability and consistent attendance
Comfortable working under a tracking management system (TRAQ)
If you are not comfortable with this, this role is not suitable, as all hours are tracked and paid through this system

Responsibilities
Responding promptly and professionally to client enquiries
Making cold and warm (hot) outbound calls to potential and existing clients
Sending email outreach to both hot and cold leads
Identifying and researching key decision-makers within companies
Maintaining accurate records of calls, outreach, and communication
Working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets

Compensation & Structure
Hourly pay: USD $4.50–$5.00, paid based on tracked hours
Casual hourly structure
Full-time role with long-term stability
