About Us
We’re a fast-growing eCommerce brand in the pain-relief & recovery space. We run high-volume video ads across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube, and creative is our biggest growth lever.
We’re looking for an AI-native Virtual Assistant who can constantly generate high-quality B-roll using AI tools to support our video ads, VSLs, and UGC content.
This is not a basic VA role. This is a creative-ops role at the heart of our ad machine.
The Role
Your primary responsibility is to create, organize, and deliver B-roll assets that our editors and creative strategists can instantly plug into ads.
You’ll work from:
Scripts
Shot lists
Creative angles
Pain-points & personas
…and turn them into usable, on-brand B-roll at speed.
What You’ll Be Doing
Generate AI B-roll footage for video ads (daily/weekly)
Create multiple visual variations for the same concept (hooks, emotions, angles)
Use AI tools to produce:
Lifestyle scenes
Problem-aware visuals (pain, frustration, discomfort)
Product-in-use or implied-use shots
Abstract / pattern-interrupt visuals for hooks
Label, name, and organize B-roll clearly so editors can move fast
Work from briefs, scripts, or sometimes just a single sentence hook
Improve outputs over time based on performance feedback
Tools You’ll Likely Use (or Similar)
You don’t need all of these, but you must be very comfortable with AI creation tools:
AI video generation tools (e.g. Runway, Pika, Kling, Luma, etc.)
AI image generation (Midjourney, DALL·E, Flux, etc.)
Basic video editing or sequencing (CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
Google Drive / Notion for asset management
