JOB OVERVIEW

Creative Roles – Brand, Packaging & Paid Social (Adobe Required)

This is not a Canva-based role and not a general social posting role.

We are a pharmacy-led wellness brand selling into Australia, the USA, Canada, and New Zealand. Our work includes real, physical products (labels, boxes, bottles), Amazon listings, and performance-driven paid social creative.

We are hiring 2–3 creatives, each with a clear area of strength. We are looking for experienced, reliable people who understand Western brand and advertising standards.

Open Positions
1. Graphic Designer – Packaging & Brand

This role focuses on brand and packaging, not social media posting.

Responsibilities

Design supplement labels, boxes, and print-ready artwork

Maintain and apply an existing brand system

Prepare files for print and production

Create high-quality product visuals

Requirements

Strong experience using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign

Understanding of print production (CMYK, bleed, dielines)

Experience designing real, physical products

High attention to detail and consistency

Canva-only experience is not suitable for this role.

2. Social Media Creative – Meta Advertising (Western Markets)

This role is focused on paid social creative and idea generation, not scheduling posts.

Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts for Facebook and Instagram ads

Write clear, natural English captions and ad copy

Work with designers to execute creative ideas

Review performance and iterate on creative

Requirements

Experience creating Meta ad creative for AU, US, CA, or NZ markets

Strong written English

Understanding of hooks, formats, and performance-driven content

Ability to think in concepts, not templates

3. Hybrid Creative – Amazon & Product Content (Optional Role)

This role combines design and conversion-focused product content.

Responsibilities

Design Amazon listing images and A+ content

Create comparison and product explanation visuals

Optimise layouts for clarity and conversion

Requirements

Experience designing for eCommerce or Amazon

Strong layout and information hierarchy skills

Ability to work within brand guidelines
