JOB OVERVIEW

JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a video editor to edit ~14 short-form videos per week for TikTok and Instagram Reels. Each batch must be completed within 48 hours - this is non-negotiable.
The ideal candidate has strong editorial judgment and can identify viral hooks from raw footage. Our brand is feminine, bold, and trendy. We need someone who understands internet pop culture, stays current with TikTok/IG trends, and can produce clean, aesthetic edits.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Edit ~14 short-form videos per week (raw footage is typically 4-15 minutes, edited down to 2-4 minutes)
Make editorial decisions: identify the best hooks, rearrange content for virality, trim for pacing
Apply clean editing style with minimal text, aesthetic fonts, smooth transitions
Understand ecommerce content goals - edits should drive engagement AND conversions
Deliver completed batches within 48 hours

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF:

You actively consume TikTok/IG Reels and understand what makes content go viral
You can watch raw footage and identify engaging ---------- nts WITHOUT being told exactly what to use
Your editing style is clean and trendy with an eye for modern aesthetics
You consistently meet deadlines and communicate proactively
You're CREATIVE and can make strategic editing choices, not just execute instructions
You're fluent in English and understand American pop culture/trends

YOU'RE NOT THE RIGHT FIT IF:

You rely heavily on sticker packs, preset templates, or excessive effects
You need detailed instructions for every cut and can't make creative decisions independently
You're unable to consistently meet 48-hour deadlines

REQUIREMENTS:

Fluent English (speaking & writing)
Available for ongoing weekly batches
Deliver completed batches (14 videos) within 48 hours (NON NEGOTIABLE)

RATE:
$300/month flat rate (approximately 14,700 PHP/month) for ~14 videos per week (~56 videos per month), delivered within 48 hours per batch. Rate includes revisions.
