My team and I are looking for a new tea
We are an eCommerce company with stores in the EU and we are scaling fast, that's why we need to expand our team.
We are in need of someone responsible for one of the most important tasks in our business: building complete, high-converting sales funnels.
You'll be the creative engine that transforms products into branded offers, from naming and logo creation to fully designed funnels ready to convert.
This role requires speed, creativity, and attention to detail. You'll receive competitor funnels as inspiration and ready-made templates to work with, but we need someone smart enough to adapt them to our structure, improve the copywriting, and make each funnel uniquely ours.
It's essential that you can hit deadlines, our video editors and campaign launchers depend on your work being ready on time so we can test daily.
We need someone who is hardworking, smart, dedicated, a perfectionist, and can work with minimal supervision.
Pay is excellent and this will become a full-time engagement with bonuses.

4R MODEL – FUNNEL BUILDER
ROLE:
You are responsible for building complete, branded sales funnels daily. You receive competitor funnels as inspiration and ready-made templates to fill in, then adapt and improve them into polished, ready-to-launch funnels, including branding, visuals, and optimized copywriting. You are a key part of our content pipeline and your work directly impacts our ability to test and scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Analyze competitor funnels and use them as inspiration
-Adapt competitor copywriting and structure to fit our templates and brand style
-Improve and optimize copywriting where needed, don't always just copy, make it better
-Create a unique brand name and logo for each product
-Design custom images to fill in our funnel templates
-Translate funnels into our target market language(s)
-Think of unique selling points and angles yourself when needed
-Deliver minimum 1 complete funnel + translation per day (based on daily instructions)
-Communicate proactively with the team and flag any blockers immediately
-Meet daily deadlines so downstream tea
-Track your working hours using our time tracking tool
RESULTS:
-Daily funnel output that meets our quality standards and KPIs
-Funnels that are inspired by competitors but improved and adapted to our structure
-Clean, professional branding that builds trust
-Copywriting that converts, not always copied, but made better
-Zero missed deadlines
-Smooth collaboration with the rest of the team
REQUIREMENTS:
-Experience with Funnelish or any other page builder apps
-Basic graphic design skills (logo creation, image editing)
-Strong copywriting skills — able to analyze, adapt AND improve existing copywriting
-Creative thinker who can come up with unique angles and USPs
-Fluent in English + ability to translate/localize to [Dutch/Swedish/other target language]
-Hardworking, smart, dedicated, and a perfectionist
-Able to work independently with minimal supervision
-Highly organized, reliable, and deadline-driven
-Proactive communicator — not afraid to ask questions or ask for help to improve fast
-Bonus: Experience with health & wellness products or direct-response marketing
WHAT WE OFFER:
-Full-time position: 5 days per week (Monday–Friday), weekends off
