JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a cold email operator—not a writer, not a strategist.

Your job is to run campaigns, manage the backend, and help keep lists clean, organized, and ready to go.

All copy is provided. Messaging is locked in. You focus on execution, reporting, and getting replies.

About Us

We work with local businesses to improve their lead flow. That includes SEO, website updates, and paid ads.
We keep things simple, focused, and easy to manage.

What You’ll Be Doing:

-Upload and manage leads across tools and inboxes
-Monitor reply rates and performance metrics
-Flag issues (deliverability, bounce rates, etc.)
-Assist with lead list prep and validation
-Communicate clearly with team (email + voice, as needed)
-Keep campaigns running clean, on schedule, and error-free

Tools We Use:

-Email: Google Workspace
-Lead validation: Handled Internally
-Email Software: PlusVibe

We’ll train you on the specifics. What we need is someone who can think clearly, manage details, and follow through fast.

Must-Haves

-Strong written + spoken English (you’ll communicate with the team, not clients)
-Experience running or supporting cold outbound campaigns
-Comfortable with spreadsheets, email systems, and lead handling
-Detail-oriented and proactive
-15–20 hrs/week, async-friendly, responsive within 24h

Bonus If You...

-Have worked with lead validation or inbox deliverability
-Know how to manage lead sources and segment by buyer type
-Can troubleshoot basic email or domain issues
-Have worked with B2B, service-based, or high-ticket campaigns

What Success Looks Like

-Lists are clean, organized, and send-ready
-Campaigns run consistently with no missed sends
-Reply rates are tracked and issues flagged early
-You stay in sync with the team—no guesswork, no drama
