Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who can confidently manage
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via
Assist with orders, shipping updates, returns, and refunds
Manage subscriptions (pause, skip, modify, cancel)
Provide accurate product information and educate customers about our Multi-Collagen Superblend
Log and resolve customer issues efficiently or escalate when needed
Maintain accurate records and follow standard procedures in our customer service system
Required Qualifications:
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
Shopify experience is a MUST
Phone support experience is a MUST
Familiarity with Richpanel, Zendesk, or Gorgias (preferred)
Experience with subscription platforms such as Loop or Recharge
Background in health, wellness, or supplement industries (preferred)
Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
Compensation: $625/month (Full-time, Remote)
Perks: Monthly performance bonuses for agents who meet or exceed targets
