JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking to expand our team and are looking for someone to join us as our 3rd video editor.
You will be working heavily with the other 2 editors.

Our Goal is it to publish 1,000 videos this year as a company. You would be helping in the Social Media department in creating short clips for Podcast and other long form content we produce. This will help us expand our reach and bring people to our long form content.

This job is perfect for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and knows how to manage their time well.

You will be receiving frequent training to improve your editing skills and match the company style.

What You’ll Do:
• Make Awesome Videos: Edit videos from start to finish, making sure they look and sound amazing.
• Work with the Team: Collaborate with different tea ---------- mbers to bring ideas to life.
• Fix and Improve: Find ways to make videos better and solve any challenges along the way.
• Add Special Touches: Use sound, music, transitions, and graphics to make videos pop.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest video trends and tools to always deliver top-quality work.
• Listen and Improve: Take feedback from others to make each video even better.

What You Need to Bring:
• Experience using video editing tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience with Log Color Profiles and 32 bit float
• A sharp eye for detail—you’ll spot what others might miss.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Great time management to meet deadlines.
• The ability to work well with others and bring out the best ideas.
• A portfolio (examples of videos you’ve worked on) to show off your skills.
