We are looking for a dedicated Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist, not a general website designer, not a brand stylist, and not a template builder.
This role is 100 percent focused on increasing conversions through structured page design, persuasive copywriting, and data-driven decision-making.
You will own how pages convert, including layout, messaging, calls to action, friction reduction, and user flow.
If your strength is explaining why something converts, not just making it look good, this role is for you.
What You Will Be Responsible For:
-Auditing existing website pages and identifying conversion leaks
-Redesigning page structures with conversion-first layouts
-Writing and refining on-page copy to improve clarity, trust, and action
Creating and optimizing:
-Landing pages
-Service pages
-Lead generation funnels
-Calls to action and form flows
-Explaining the psychology and logic behind every change you make
-Collaborating on iterative improvements based on performance data
What We Are Explicitly Looking For:
This role is not for:
-General website designers
-Brand-only creatives
-Developers without CRO experience
-Anyone who cannot explain the impact of their changes
This role is for someone who:
-Specializes in CRO as their primary skill
-Understands user intent, buyer psychology, and friction points
-Can articulate how design and copy decisions influence behavior
-Thinks in terms of outcomes, not aesthetics
Proof of Work Requirement (Important):
Candidates must provide proof of CRO work.
You will have a significantly higher chance of being hired if you can show:
-Before-and-after page examples
-Screenshots or live URLs (where allowed)
Clear explanations of:
-What was changed
-Why it was changed
-How it improved conversions (or what metrics it impacted)
We understand some candidates are under NDAs. However, those who can show real examples of their work will be prioritized.
Required Skills:
-Conversion-focused page design
-CRO copywriting (headlines, subheads, CTAs, trust signals)
-Funnel and user journey optimization
-Heatmap and behavior analysis (Hotjar, Clarity, or similar)
-A/B testing knowledge (even if past tests were client-run)
-Strong written and verbal explanation of decision-making
Nice to Have:
-Experience optimizing B2B service websites
-Experience with high-ticket or trust-based offers
-Familiarity with analytics tools (GA4, conversion tracking)
-Understanding of compliance-driven or regulated industries
How to Apply:
Please include:
-A brief summary of your CRO experience
-Links or examples of pages you optimized
-A short explanation of how and why your changes improved conversions
-If you cannot show examples, explain why.
-If you can show your work and explain it clearly, you will stand out immediately.
