About Us

We're a marketing consultancy specializing in conversion-focused funnels and email systems for coaches, entrepreneurs, and e-commerce brands. We work with clients across real estate education, fitness coaching, vintage fashion, and business coaching programs.
We're looking for a technical executor who can take strategic direction and copywriting from our team and bring it to life inside GoHighLevel, Klaviyo, and other marketing platforms.

What You'll Be Doing (Test Project)

Your first project will be implementing a complete sales funnel system for a series of digital product inside GoHighLevel. This includes:

Email & SMS Infrastructure:
Set up custom email domain with SPF/DKIM records
Configure SMS system with new phone number for customer support
Test deliverability across email and SMS

Funnel Page Implementation:

Build out sales page from provided copy
Implement lead capture pop-up with testimonials, updated copy, and brand-matched styling
Add top-of-page contact links (email + SMS)
Embed video player

Tagging & Segmentation System:

Configure tag automation based on buyer behavior:
"lead" tag when email captured
Purchase tags based on product combinations
Upsell tags for additional products
Set up purchase forms to apply correct tags automatically
Automated Email Campaigns (from provided copy):
Lead nurture sequence (triggers 24 hours after email capture if no purchase)
Buyer onboarding sequence (triggers on purchase, pushes product consumption)
Configure email triggers based on tag behavior
Members Area & Product Delivery:
Build members area structure
Upload training videos (multi-day series)
Configure purchase automations for:
Main product (digital book + training + bonuses)
Order Bump 1 delivery
Order Bump 2 delivery
Upsell product 1 delivery
Upsell product 2 delivery
Test all purchase paths end-to-end
Existing List Integration:
Set up campaign to drive traffic from existing email list to new funnel
Configure emails to send every 3 days (copy provided)

Required Skills (MUST HAVE)

GoHighLevel expertise (minimum 1 year hands-on experience building funnels, automations, and email sequences)

Email deliverability knowledge (SPF, DKIM, domain authentication)
Tagging and segmentation logic (conditional triggers, workflow automation)
Basic design eye (can match brand colors, implement layouts from reference images)
Strong attention to detail (one broken automation = lost revenue)
Proactive problem-solving (can research solutions, doesn't need hand-holding)

Nice-to-Have Skills

Klaviyo experience

Copywriting understanding (can spot errors, suggest improvements)

What Success Looks Like

After this test project:

? A fully functional sales funnel with zero broken links or automations
? Email and SMS systems delivering reliably
? All purchase paths tested and working correctly
? Clean, organized GHL workspace (proper naming, folders, documentation)
? A system that "just works" without constant troubleshooting

What Happens After the Test Project
If you crush this test project, there's immediate opportunity to:
Work on high-value client funnels (Projects for finance, real estate, and fashion brands)
Manage ongoing email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo + GHL)
Potentially move to full-time role ($1k/month) as client load increases
