JOB OVERVIEW

Studio Kinu – Virtual Assistant (Full-Time)

Studio Kinu is a family photography studio in Singapore. We're looking for a reliable, proactive Virtual Assistant to manage client communications and support daily operations.

What We Need:
- Reply to enquiries (Instagram, WhatsApp, Email) within 30 minutes
- Weekend availability required (Sat & Sun)
- Full-time, exclusive role (no other jobs)
- Handle enquiries on: Availability, Pricing, Rescheduling, General shoot info
- Help with admin tasks: Assign part-timers, manage frame orders, flag issues early

Working Hour Explained:
- Core Working Hours: 10am - 5pm (Monday - Sunday)
- Because you won't be constantly tied to your desk, we expect messages that come in between 10am - 8/9pm (any day of the week) to be replied to as soon as possible. During downtimes, you will have weekly tasks to complete. If you finish them early, you do have the flexibility to work on your own things. There is a good degree of flexibility in this job, but you have to stay alert for new leads.

Bonus Skills:
- Basic Canva design
- Simple video editing

Requirements:
- Excellent written English
- Calm, professional, friendly tone
- Highly organised & detail-oriented
- Strong initiative (anticipate needs, don't just wait for instructions)
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, Instagram, Email

Preferred Experience:
Virtual Assistant, PA/Secretary, Social Media Manager, or Admin support (photography/creative business a plus)
