JOB OVERVIEW

eCommerce Integrations & Marketplace Specialist (Remote – Philippines)
Long-term role | Technical | Real systems work
We are an established Australian eCommerce business looking for a highly capable technical specialist to manage product integrations, data feeds, and marketplace connections across multiple sales channels. Essentially you will be responsible for everything that goes on the website.
This is not a basic VA role. We are looking for someone who genuinely understands systems, feeds, APIs, and marketplace platforms, shipping calculators.

What you’ll be responsible for
• Managing product integrations between our website and marketplaces
• Maintaining and troubleshooting Amazon Seller Central and eBay Seller Hub listings
• Managing product feeds (Google Merchant Center, Meta, marketplaces)
• Diagnosing and fixing feed errors (attributes, mapping, GTINs, variants, categories, etc.)
• Working with API connections and third-party tools (feed managers, channel managers, middleware)
• Ensuring stock, pricing, SKUs, and product data sync correctly across channels
• Troubleshooting integration issues when products fail to publish or update
• Basic HTML edits for product data when needed
• Communicating clearly about technical issues and solutions

• Amazon Seller Central
• eBay Seller Hub
• Product feeds and data mapping
• Google Merchant Center diagnostics
• Marketplace listing management
• Experience with feed tools (e.g. DataFeedWatch, Channable, Feedonomics, CedCommerce, Koongo, etc.) or similar
• Understanding of SKUs, variants, GTINs, categories, attributes
• Comfortable working with APIs and troubleshooting integrations

• Experience with Shopify / WooCommerce integrations
• Experience with Australian marketplaces (Catch, Kogan, MyDeal)
• Zapier / Make / automation tools
