We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Expert to help us grow our client base. This is a commission-only role, perfect for someone who thrives on results and wants flexibility.

Compensation:

Base: $4/hr
Commission: 5% of every event or contract you close

Unlimited earning potential depending on your performance

Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential clients (schools, brands, event planners, and private clients)
Close contracts for VR events and experiences
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and outreach campaigns
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and closed deals

Requirements:

Proven sales experience
Proactive and self-motivated, you take initiative without needing constant direction
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of sales strategies, pipelines, and closing techniques
Comfortable working in a commission-only role
Organized and able to track leads and follow-ups efficiently

Nice to Have but not required:
Experience with event planning, entertainment, or experiential marketing
Familiarity with social media outreach and lead generation
Existing network of event planners or venues
