We’re growing our marketing efforts and are looking for a Marketing Assistant to help with consistent execution across social media,
This is a hands-on, collaborative role for someone who enjoys execution, organization, and contributing ideas while working within an established brand.
The Purpose of This Role
Your role is to support and contribute to marketing execution.
You will work closely with:
- The Marketing Manager (primary coordination)
- John (CEO) for marketing-related tasks and follow-ups
Campaigns, content direction, and priorities are planned together. You will help execute marketing activities, keep tasks organized, and follow through on assigned work.
Part of this role includes creating content for posts and campaigns, making sure it aligns with Truit’s brand, tone, and voice. You won’t be guessing or operating in isolation. You’ll have direction, examples, and feedback to help you stay aligned.
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
- Marketing tasks are completed on time with clear communication
- Social media,
- Content created for posts and campaigns aligns with Truit’s brand and messaging
- Marketing-related tasks for John are tracked and followed up, coordinated with the Marketing Manager
- You actively participate in team discussions and brainstorming
- You show reliability, consistency, and improvement over time
What You’ll Be Doing
- Create and schedule social media posts that match Truit’s brand and tone
- Assist with
- Support LinkedIn posting, engagement, and campaign activities
- Help organize marketing calendars, tasks, and deadlines
- Track assigned marketing to-dos and provide regular updates
- Assist with campaign setup and workflows in Go High Level (GHL)
- Participate in team brainstorming and review sessions
- Share simple weekly updates on completed tasks and activity
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience supporting B2B marketing (assistant or coordinator level)
- Ability to create marketing content for posts and campaigns using existing brand direction
- Comfortable with social media posting and
- Familiarity with Go High Level (GHL) or similar marketing tools
- Good written and spoken English
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable working as part of a team
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with IT, MSP, or cybersecurity companies
- Experience supporting a marketing manager or business owner
- A portfolio of social posts,
