We are looking for an experienced Creative Strategist to lead creative direction, messaging, and paid advertising performance across our marketing channels.

As our Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and refining creative strategies that drive attention, engagement, and conversions — primarily through paid advertising.

???? Key Responsibilities
???? Creative Strategy & Direction
Develop high-converting ad angles, hooks, and messaging frameworks
Translate product features into clear benefits and emotional drivers
Create creative roadmaps and structured testing plans for paid ads
Build and manage creative systems, not one-off ads
???? Paid Advertising Strategy (Core Focus)
Lead creative strategy for
Work directly inside
Analyze paid ad performance (CTR, engagement, conversions, ROAS)
Identify winning creatives and scale proven concepts
Diagnose underperforming ads and optimize messaging accordingly
?? Copy & Messaging
Write or guide:
Ad hooks and headlines
Video scripts and talking points
Landing page messaging (above-the-fold, objections, proof)
Maintain a consistent, premium brand voice across all paid marketing assets
???? Testing & Optimization

Improve underperforming ads using data, not assumptions
Continuously refine messaging to increase conversion rates and efficiency

Work closely with:
Founder
Video editors
UGC creators
Media buyers
Create clear creative briefs and provide actionable feedback
Ensure all creatives align with brand positioning and performance goals

? Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Creative Strategist or similar role
Proven experience working with e-commerce brands
Strong portfolio or examples of performance-driven paid advertising creatives
????? Technical & Platform Expertise
Very experienced with
Strong experience with Google Ads
Deep understanding of paid advertising creative performance
Ability to connect creative decisions to measurable results

Strategic thinker with a performance-first mindset
Strong copywriting and messaging skills
Ability to turn data into clear creative direction
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
