Project Manager – Amazon Marketing Agency (Remote)

Full-Time | Remote | Competitive Salary + PTO

We work fast, think strategically, and support one another like a true team. Now, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Project Manager to help lead and organize our growing internal team.

About the Role:

As our Project Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across up to 10 tea ---------- mbers. You’ll oversee project timelines, assign tasks, and keep everyone accountable using Asana and Slack. You’ll also be the support system for your team ensuring they have what they need, jumping in to assist where necessary, and tracking performance through tools like Hubstaff and reporting spreadsheets.

What You’ll Do:

- Assign and track tasks in Asana to ensure deadlines are met
- Lead weekly team calls and provide performance updates to the COO
- Monitor team productivity and efficiency using Hubstaff
- Communicate with tea ---------- mbers via Slack to provide daily support
- Identify team skill gaps and help develop training plans
- Update project and performance reporting spreadsheets
- Act as the operational backbone, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks

What You’ll Need:

- 2+ years Amazon experience (catalog management, SEO, etc.)
- Experience in a fast-paced agency environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Fast and reliable internet connection
- Ability to type 55+ words per minute
- Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
