Are you a systems-driven professional who thrives on organization and operational excellence? We are a growing, family-owned business operating multiple QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) brand locations and a hair salon. We are looking for a high-caliber Operations Coordinator & EA to serve as the strategic "right hand" to our Founder.
The Mission
Your goal is to bridge the gap between the Founder’s vision and the daily reality of our store operations. You will be responsible for ensuring our systems are followed, our teams are held accountable, and our stores maintain world-class standards even when leadership isn't on-site.
What You’ll Own
1. Operational Oversight & Compliance
Daily Monitoring: Audit store opening/closing compliance, cleanliness checklists, and staff attendance across all locations.
Standards Driver: Actively support the goal of achieving REV (Restaurant Excellence Visit) scores above 85%.
Issue Management: Serve as the central point for reporting equipment maintenance needs, supply shortages, or customer i
2. Systems & SOP Engineering
Process Building: Create, refine, and maintain a robust library of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Workflow Automation: Leverage Google Workspace, Notion, or Slack to automate reminders for recurring store tasks, cleaning schedules, and maintenance.
3. HR & People Operations
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage job postings, filter applicants, and coordinate interviews for store-level staff.
Seamless Onboarding: Manage the onboarding checklist (contracts, uniforms, training schedules) to ensure every new hire is set up for success.
Team Performance: Monitor productivity and manage employee recognition and motivation programs.
4. Marketing & Brand Readiness
Social Media & LSM: Manage brand social media accounts and execute local store marketing (LSM) campaigns.
Product Launches: Coordinate "team readiness" for new product launches, ensuring all branches have the training and materials they need.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience: A degree in Hospitality Management (HRM), Business Administration, or Management. Real-world experience in a restaurant or fast-paced retail environment is highly valued.
Systems Mindset: You are someone who finds "order in chaos" and loves building checklists that work.
Professional Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills. You must be comfortable and firm when following up with store managers.
Tech Proficiency: Mastery of Google Workspace and Canva. Experience with POS systems and staff scheduling software is a major advantage.
Operational Availability: Must be online and contactable during critical store operational hours between 7am to 10pm AWST.
