Job Overview:-
We are seeking a results-driven Telemarketing Sales Representative to generate leads and close sales through outbound cold calling. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, resilient to rejection, and motivated by performance-based results.
This is a remote opportunity working on the Canada EST timezone.
Key Responsibilities:-
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers
Introduce products or services clearly and persuasively
Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions
Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups or appointments when required
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets
Accurately record call outcomes and customer information in the CRM system
Handle objections professionally and maintain a positive brand image
Follow approved scripts while adapting conversations naturally
Requirements & Qualifications:-
Proven experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or outbound sales preferred
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
