WHO WE ARE
We’re a fast-growing video + performance marketing agency that helps med spas scale using paid traffic, high-converting creative, and airtight booking systems built inside Go High Level.
We don’t just “run ads.”
We build full growth engines - creative, funnels, tracking, and follow-up - all working together to drive booked appointments and real revenue.
We’re now looking for a strategic, experienced, performance-driven Meta Media Buyer who’s ready to own results across a portfolio of med spa clients across the US and Canada.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years hands-on experience running Meta
Direct experience advertising for med spas, aesthetic clinics, or wellness brands
Proven case studies with real performance metrics (CPL, booked appointments, ROAS)
Deep understanding of full-funnel strategy - from cold traffic to booked consult
Strong working knowledge of Go High Level (GHL)
Calendars
Pipelines
Triggers & automations
Contact management
Performance-obsessed mindset — CPL, creative fatigue, CTR, testing frameworks are second nature
Confident communicator who can own results, make recommendations, and challenge weak strategy when needed
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Manage and optimize Meta ad accounts for 10 - 40+ med spa clients
Structure campaigns, build audiences, and scale budgets profitably
Test and iterate on ad creatives
(video + graphics are produced by our team — you’ll guide strategy and angles)
Set up and maintain pixel events and conversion tracking
Monitor and report on key metrics:
Cost per lead
Cost per booked appointment
Conversion rates
ROAS (when applicable)
Collaborate closely with our creative team and project managers
Recommend funnel improvements and GHL automation enhancements when needed
Must have experience working with CAPI
MUST-HAVES (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
3+ years of Meta Ads experience
Direct med spa / aesthetics ad experience
Strong working knowledge of Go High Level
Portfolio or case studies showing real results
Excellent written and verbal English
Full-time availability
(Not looking for freelancers juggling multiple external clients)
