JOB OVERVIEW

Refresh Cleaning Plus is a fast-growing home and commercial cleaning services company in the United States. We are looking for a professional, reliable, and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team long-term.

This is a very important role in our company. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, book jobs, speak with customers, provide pricing, and help grow our business through excellent customer service and sales.

We are looking for someone who wants a stable, long-term position and a career with a growing company.

Responsibilities:

Answer inbound calls from customers and provide excellent customer service

Make outbound calls to leads and past customers to book jobs and follow up on estimates

Provide pricing and explain all of our services clearly:

Window Cleaning

Pressure Washing

Gutter Cleaning

Junk Removal

Janitorial / Office Cleaning

Book jobs and schedule appointments accurately

Collect payments and process customer information

Follow scripts and procedures (we will train you)

Update customer records and notes in our system

Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written English (neutral accent preferred)

Confident speaking on the phone with American customers

Sales experience strongly preferred (inbound and outbound)

Friendly, professional, and positive attitude

Extremely reliable and on time every day

Organized and detail-oriented

Strong internet connection, quiet workspace, and good headset

Willing to learn and improve continuously

Pay & Growth:

Starting pay: $4.00 per hour + Bonuses

Raise of $0.25 every 6 months based on performance

Maximum pay: $7.00 per hour

Full-time position
