This is a daily role. Your goal is to build a "stockpile" of talent (editors, writers & designers) so I can hire instantly when I need to.
Pay Structure:
- Base Pay: $40 USD / Week (Guaranteed for maintaining the pipeline).
- Bonus: +$5 USD for every single person I hire from your pipeline.
(Potential to earn $300+/month if you are good at finding talent).
The Role:
1. Scouting: Use our guides to find talent in specific
2. Filtering: DM candidates and filter out the "trash" portfolios immediately.
3. Testing: Get candidates to agree to our rates and complete a specific sample task.
4. Banking: Check the sample for technical errors. If it passes, you upload it to our database for me to review.
Requirements:

- You must have a "good eye" for creative work (you can look at a video sample and tell instantly if it is low quality or high quality).
- You must be consistent and reliable (checking in morning and night).
