JOB OVERVIEW

Full-Time Shopify Content & Admin Specialist (Remote)

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Shopify Content & Admin Specialist to support our growing eCommerce operation. This is a long-term remote role for someone experienced with Shopify who is comfortable managing content, product listings, and day-to-day admin tasks.

Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for maintaining and improving Shopify store content, supporting product uploads and updates, and handling ongoing admin tasks to keep the store running smoothly. This role suits someone who enjoys structured work, has strong attention to detail, and understands how content impacts conversion.

Key Responsibilities

Create, edit, and manage Shopify product listings

Upload and optimise product descriptions, titles, images, and variants

Support basic content creation (product pages, collections, simple landing pages)

Manage Shopify admin tasks (tags, collections, navigation, inventory checks)

Ensure listings follow brand guidelines and are consistently formatted

Assist with store maintenance, updates, and quality control checks

Coordinate with the wider team on content updates and priorities

Required Skills & Experience

Proven experience working with Shopify (admin + content)

Strong written English (clear, accurate, and concise)

Good understanding of eCommerce product content best practices

High attention to detail and ability to follow processes

Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines

Basic image handling skills (cropping, resizing, uploads)

Nice to Have (Not Essential)

Experience with Shopify apps

Basic SEO knowledge for product pages

Experience working with international eCommerce brands

Familiarity with Canva or similar tools

Working Hours & Pay

30+ hours per week

$500–$600 USD per month, depending on experience

Fully remote

Long-term opportunity with consistent workload

Trial Period

We are happy to offer a paid 2–3 day trial to demonstrate your Shopify expertise and working style.
Successful candidates will move into a long-term contract (12 months+).
