This is a performance-driven and commission-heavy role designed for individuals who thrive in hitting targets and earning based on results.
Your main responsibility is to answer inbound phone calls from customers who want to sell their smartphones, provide accurate information, follow up, and coordinate with our on-site staff to close each buyback deal.
Our current in-store team is already closing 150–300 buyback transactions per month in a single location. We are now expanding to four additional locations, which significantly increases your earning potential.
We are looking for someone who combines strong customer service skills with a sales-oriented mindset, persistence, and the ability to follow up until the deal is closed.
Primary Responsibilities (Core Buyback Role)
- Answer inbound buyback calls from customers interested in selling devices
- Provide device value information and overcome basic objections
- Collect customer details and schedule in-store drop-offs
- Coordinate with on-site staff to ensure deals close successfully
- Conduct follow-up calls/SMS to recover lost or pending leads
- Update CRM or spreadsheets with lead status and appointment outcomes
- Report daily/weekly performance metrics (appointments ? visits ? deals)
