JOB OVERVIEW

We are a US-based company that owns multiple beauty and personal care brands. We are hiring a Social Media Execution & Research Assistant to support the daily operations of our social media accounts (Instagram and TikTok).

This is an execution-focused role.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Execution
Publish content according to a provided posting schedule
Use pre-approved caption templates and hashtag formats
Ensure posts are published correctly (platform, format, timing)
Check posts are live and error-free
Maintain posting logs and content trackers
Record basic metrics (views, likes, comments)
Reply to comments and messages from customers and influencers
Forward unusual messages to your supervisor
Keep a brief weekly log of interactions

2. Social Media Research (Collection Only)
Monitor TikTok and Instagram daily
Save trending videos, hook styles, high-performing post links, organize research by platform and date, submit simple daily research summaries

Requirements
Preferably 6–12 months of social media posting experience.
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable with repetitive, routine tasks
Able to follow SOPs and templates strictly
Basic experience with Google Drive, Microsoft Office, or similar tools
Reliable communication and availability

Experience using social media management or scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Meta Business Suite, etc.) is a plus.

Work Hours:
Full-time: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week.
Must be available from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM CST for U.S. overlap.

This position includes a 30-day probation period. During the 30-day probationary period, your salary will be $450. Upon successful completion, your full monthly salary will take effect.
