ICENIC Builders Ltd is a premium residential construction company based in Queenstown, specialising in high-end architectural homes and energy-efficient builds.

We are a modern, system-driven business leveraging platforms such as ---------- , Xero, Buildxact, Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite to streamline operations and scale intelligently. As part of our growth, we are seeking a ---------- Systems Developer with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.

Key Objectives
You will be responsible for designing, refining and integrating our core operational systems, including:
1. Accounts Payable & Receivable Workflows
Developing structured boards and automations that allow our Accounts and Quantity Surveying teams to collaborate seamlessly.
2. Project Management Systems
Creating scalable project templates integrated with:

- OneDrive
- Outlook (email & calendar)
- Buildxact

3. CRM Development
Enhancing and optimising our existing CRM workflows to improve lead tracking, client communication and sales conversion.

Required Skills & Experience
Advanced knowledge of ---------- architecture, automations and dashboards
Strong experience with Make (Integromat) and third-party integrations
Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Working knowledge of Buildxact and Xero
Proven ability to design scalable, efficient business systems
Highly organised, detail-oriented and self-driven
