Your Role
The opportunity is for you to become part of a cohesive and collaborative team that has been in existence for many years. If selected, your role would be to support daily communications with clients online and in emails, basic operations, scheduling, communication, and systems across the business. You are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable inside GoHighLevel. If you’ve created funnels and automations in GHL then you’re going to be a more highly considered candidate. You would be helping ensure our backend, data, and workflows remain consistent, clearly working, organized, proactively and functioning seamlessly.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization and yet is super proud of how they communicate and interact, precision, and being a trusted support behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative & Operations Support
Manage inboxes, internal requests, and task follow-ups
Schedule meetings, calls, and reminders as assigned
Prepare documents, notes, and internal resources
Maintain organized digital files and shared drives

- GoHighLevel
Work inside GoHighLevel (GHL) daily
Manage contacts, funnels, and conversations
Support basic automations, workflows, and campaign setup
Ensure data cleanliness and accurate segmentation
Assist with troubleshooting and QA of GHL processes
Coordinate with tea ---------- mbers on GHL-related tasks

- Task & Project Coordination
Track tasks and approvals using Trello
Follow up on deadlines and open items
Support SOP creation and updates as processes evolve
Assist with special projects and operational initiatives

- Team & Client Support
Serve as a professional and friendly point of contact
Assist with client coordination, or follow-ups
Support leadership with ad-hoc administrative requests
Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times


Tools You’ll Use:
- GoHighLevel
- Trello (task management & approvals)
- WhatsApp (day-to-day team communication)
- Video conference & scheduling tools
- Familiar with social media and scheduling
- Additional platforms as needed


What You Bring:
- Proven experience using GoHighLevel
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills
- Clear, kind, and professional communication
- Ability to manage multiple priorities calmly
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
- High attention to detail and data accuracy

Bonus If You:
- Have supported an executive or small team before
- Customer care and thinking ahead to be part of the flow of the entire organization for helping our prospects find the right product or solution
- Enjoy backend systems, CRMs, and process optimization
- Have extensive experience with GoHighLevel
- Are aligned with conscious business, wellness, or personal growth
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems

- Check Trello, email, and GHL daily
- Remain responsive during agreed working hours
- Communicate clearly if priorities shift
- Maintain clean systems and accurate data
- Bring grounded, professional, and positive energy to the role
