We’re looking for an experienced GoHighLevel Subaccount Admin Expert to take ownership of specific client subaccounts within our GoHighLevel environment, ensuring each account is optimized, efficient, and aligned with client goals.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing individual client subaccounts, not the master GoHighLevel account as a whole. You’ll act as the point person for assigned client accounts—building automations, maintaining workflows, and ensuring reporting and performance tracking are accurate and actionable.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on system ownership, understands agency-style account management, and can tailor GoHighLevel setups to different client needs while maintaining internal standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Take ownership of assigned client subaccounts within GoHighLevel
• Design, implement, and maintain automated workflows at the subaccount level to increase lead conversion rates and streamline follow-up and pipeline management
• Optimize each subaccount’s use of GoHighLevel tools to capture, qualify, and nurture leads through funnels, drip campaigns, SMS,
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting structures within client subaccounts to track KPIs and campaign performance
• Create clear GHL reporting that allows the in-house team to see which marketing campaigns are performing best for each client
• Analyze subaccount data to surface insights that inform optimization and strategic decisions
• Regularly audit and optimize assigned subaccounts to ensure maximum efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and maintain clean workflows
• Support user adoption within client subaccounts by maintaining best practices and clear system organization
• Provide training, documentation, and support to internal tea
• Use GoHighLevel to track client progress, engagement, and feedback to support high levels of customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
• Proven experience managing GoHighLevel client subaccounts
• Strong understanding of GHL workflows, triggers, pipelines, campaigns, and automations
• Experience building funnels, forms, calendars, and communication sequences at the account level
• Experience creating and maintaining reporting and KPI dashboards within GoHighLevel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple client subaccounts simultaneously
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Fluent in spoken and written English, with strong communication skills
Nice to Have
• Experience working in an agency environment
• Familiarity with lead scoring, lifecycle tracking, and CRM best practices
• Experience integrating GoHighLevel with third-party tools (e.g., Zapier, native integrations)
• Experience creating SOPs or training materials
